About This Adventure

Experience the joy of nature and animals at Hawaii Horsemanship Academy! Choose from three engaging packages that include hands-on planting, horse grooming, and pony rides. Perfect for ages 3 and up, this field trip promises memorable moments with animals and the beauty of sustainable practices. Join us for an unforgettable adventure!

About

Choose from 3 different packages to fit your time constraints, needs, and budget! Ages 3 and up are welcome. Time durations may vary dependent on number of student participants.

Package 1

  • $10 per keiki
  • Learn about sustainable food sources, native canoe plants, and how to making cuttings with us! Includes hands-on cutting & planting of our plant pick of the week. Take home a potted plant for +$5 more per keiki!

Package 2

  • $20 per student
  • Pet, groom, & ride a horse with us! Engage in a hands-on group experience where you can learn about horse grooming & have fun doing it! Afterward, each keiki will take turns enjoying a short pony ride!

Package 3

  • $25 per student
  • Can’t decide which option is the best fit yet? Then pick this one! Package 3 includes everything included in Package 1 & 2, with a discount of $5. Enjoy time with the horses AND do some planting with us!

Details for Parents & Educators

  • Each student must have a liability waiver signed by a parent or guardian in order to participate. Waivers can be sent via email beforehand in order for teachers and/or parents to plan accordingly.
  • All keiki MUST wear closed toe shoes for this field trip!
  • We suggest everyone wear sunscreen and bring water.
  • There are picnic tables for groups who would like to take a break for snack time or eat lunch after their field trip has completed!
  • Please check the Complete List of Animals below to ensure students are not allergic to any animals on property; also keep in mind hay is in abundance and students should be asked to ensure they are not allergic.
  • Payments can be made by credit card or check. Online reservations must be paid with credit card.
  • For reservations with over 30 students, an additional fee may be applied.
