Part escape room-style outdoor game, part alpaca walk - all fun! Get ready for an exciting adventure that takes you back in time and into a story full of mystery and magic. The legendary Inca leader Huayna Capac has found a way to open a magical portal to save the beloved alpacas relentless hunters. Utilizing his knowledge of the mystical realms, he has created a time portal to transport the alpacas to safe havens in the future, where they can thrive in peace.

The portal door has already opened, and the Inca people managed to send the gentle alpacas through the portal. Your quest is clear: follow the instructions left by the Inca to venture into the depths of the enchanted trail, solve the puzzles and locate the alpacas. Time is of the essence as you race against the clock to rescue the alpacas and safeguard their future.

Players will leave from the main barn with a backpack. In the backpack is a map, compass, notebook, a note from the Inca and a locked book.

Players will follow the instructions in the Inca note and find the stations on the map.

Once at the stations, players will complete a puzzle that will give them a combination to open one of the locks on the book.

After all the locks on the book are open, players follow the map to locate the secret hiding place of the alpacas and walk them back to the the safe haven of Wanderlight.

The average time to complete a trail is 1.5 to 2 hours but can take anywhere between an hour and 3 hours.

There is a "rustic" washroom available along the trail.

Deer flies and mosquitoes will accompany you on your Quest - bring bug spray!

Poison ivy and ticks are inherent risks of rural walking experiences.

What to bring

Recommended: sturdy walking shoes, hat, sunscreen, bug spray, reusable water bottle

Optional: drinks and snacks (please be prepared to pack out your garbage)

Biosecurity: We ask that you do not wear boots or shoes that have been at other farms or zoos within 48 hours Please do not wear the same clothes that have been worn while working with cattle
