- All Encounters are based on the animals' willingness to participate.
- No one under 5 years of age may participate or be present during the encounter.
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent and/or legal guardian at all times.
- Guests must wear long pants & closed toe shoes.
- No food or drink is permitted during the encounter.
- Guests must meet their Encounter Host at the designated location at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time or risk forfeiting their spot in the encounter. Refunds will not be provided to guests who arrive late or no-show their encounter.
