Host your next small gathering or birthday party in the new Wilderness Party Rooms at our resort! With three versatile rooms accommodating up to 60 guests, each space is equipped with modern amenities. Enjoy a convenient location near the Wilderwoods Indoor Go-Karts, making your celebration both fun and memorable.

While at our resort, are you looking for a great place to hold a small gathering or perhaps a birthday party? Our new Wildernesss Party Rooms are perfect! Located just down the hall from our New Frontier Lobby (close to our Wilderwoods Indoor Go-Karts), we have 3 party rooms available. Each individual party room can be closed off and booked seperately or opened up and booked as 1 large room. Each individual party room can hold up to 20 people. Rent the entire room and have enough space for 60 people. Our Wilderness Party Rooms can be rented in All-Day or Half-Day time increments.

Half-Day Rental

Rental starts at $50/per room or $125 for the entire room.

All-Day Rental

Rental starts at $85/per room or $200 for the entire room.

About

Wilderness Party Room are the perfect place to host a small gathering, such as a birthday party, pizza party or even your next team meeting. Each individual party room includes a flat-screen HDTV, mini-fridge, countertop space, 4 tables, and enough chairs for your group.

You must be an overnight guest staying at the resort or have purchased Waterpark Day-Passes from us in order to rent our Party Rooms.
Waterpark Passes are NOT included with the purchase of our Party Rooms and must be purchased separately.
Carry-in of food and beverages is prohibited, unless purchased from our resort. An exception will be made for the renter of the party rooms to bring a "birthday treat" or two for the group.

Suggested In-house Dining Options: Klondike Pizza Kitchen. Delivery available! Survivors Bar & Grill. Pizza, Burgers, Salads & more! Camp Social. Delicious tacos & more!

Catering Service: Sarento's at the Wilderness. Choose from a list of Appetizers, Build your own Pasta, and their amazing Pizzeria Menu! Catering from Sarento's is available after 4:30pm meaning service is limited to Evening rentals or as a dinner option for those with All-Day rentals). Additionally, all menu items are made from scratch so advance notice/scheduling for this service is highly recommended.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations outside 72 hours may cancel with a $30 fee. Remaining funds will be refunded. Canceling inside of 72 hours will forfeit all funds paid.
