Experience the invigorating Wild Wellness journey along the stunning Scottish coast. Begin with a sage cleansing, then embrace the refreshing North Sea through guided breathwork. Alternate between the cold water and a soothing wood-fired sauna, enhancing your resilience. Conclude with a nourishing lunch, leaving you grounded and connected to nature.
Duration: 3hr experience
You will be welcomed with a hot drink and a warm smile. After a sage cleansing to remove any negative energies that you may be carrying, you will be guided into the North Sea to get outside your comfort zone and feel truly alive! Being guided into the cold water helps you feel reassured, we will practice some breathe work that will give you the tools to cope with the discomfort. After your dip you will warm up and relax in the sauna, you will be encouraged to repeat the sea, sauna to encourage your shock proteins, after which we will enjoy a delicious lunch together.
