This forest foray will focus on how to identify wild mushrooms like porcini, chanterelle, honey, wild oysters and more. Our ever-popular “Wild Edible Identification Trips” are easy forest walking trips with an expert myco-guide through BC’s forest to identify whatever we find and they book up fast!

Note: this is not a live cooking class or a harvesting trip, the class will study edible mushrooms in their habitat and discuss ethical and sustainable harvesting.
