Take your SUP journey to the next level. Receive quality white water paddleboarding coaching from one of the top SUP coaches in the UK.

These white water sessions are designed to build upon your previous experience of SUP. Over a half or full day you'll learn how to run rapids safely and effectively, developing your footwork, posture and paddle skills to gain success on the water. Content can cover basic skills of white water SUP and personal rescue techniques to keep you safe on the water. You may have your own kit or are looking for advice on which equipment would be the most suitable for your needs. With top tips and handy hints along the way you will leave this day with lots to work on so you can progress on your paddling pathway.
