About

Craving more adventure? Join us for a full day of white water rafting! We will provide lunch typically consisting of different types of fresh fruits (usually berries, pineapples, melons), fresh veggies (snap peas, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes), fresh meats (ham, chicken, turkey), cheeses, dips, crackers, and cookies. Think of a picnic style grazing board. We will also bring extra water to refill your water bottles & sparkling water. We try to keep away from single use plastic water bottles when we can. Usually everyone can find something to enjoy and we don't have to worry about lackluster pre-made sandwiches getting soggy.

We will bring a cooler with hand sanitizer and extra space if you would like to bring your own lunches or have strict dietary needs. This way, our guests are able to better accommodate their own specialty diets, allergies, and nutritional needs. If you have severe allergies please let us know during booking so we notify your guide and we can plan accordingly. It is your responsibility to notify us if you or anyone in your group has specific dietary/medical needs during booking.
