What wildlife will we see?
While we can't guarantee specific wildlife sightings, Hawaii's waters are teeming with life! It's not uncommon to see dolphins, whales, rays, sharks, and over 400 species of fish. Every trip is a unique and exciting opportunity to see what the ocean has in store for us.
How many passengers do you take? Our boat, ""Spirit"" accommodates up to 6 passengers, ensuring an intimate, personalized experience. Smaller groups mean better opportunities to connect with nature and enjoy our tour.
Do you run with less than 6 passengers? To keep our prices low, we require a minimum of 4 paying passengers to run a tour. If we do not meet this minimum, we will contact you the night before to either pay the extra seats to guarantee the trip, cancel and be refunded, or rebook another day. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend booking your tour earlier during your stay in Kona or purchase the private charter option.
What if I have concerns about the weather? Rest assured we are tapped in to many weather sources to be current on all forcasted conditions. In the event we cancel for inclement weather you will receive a full refund or be asked if you'd like to rebook another day.
The Hawaiian sun is strong, so apply reef-safe sunscreen and wear a hat to protect yourself during the tour.
