About

This class will be for those that want to learn how to wet exit, recover, re-enter, or be rescued. It will be a physically demanding class where everyone will be participating in the water. This means LOTS of swimming, pumping, and climbing back into half submerged kayaks. If being up-side down in your kayak scares you, please don't sign up for this class. Get some one-on-one instruction with an ACA or BCU instructor.

If you have your own kayaking gear (kayak, PFD, spray skirt, and sponge) bring it otherwise we are able to provide you with a kayak and gear from us. We will provide bilge pumps and paddle floats if needed.

This is a rain or shine class! The only time a class will be rescheduled is in the event of lightning.
