Reconnect to yourself with Yoga Therapy. All props are provided and session will consist of gentle joint warm-ups, breath and movement, meditation, rest and reflection.
First time clients will be emailed intake paperwork to complete before session. If you do not fill it out ahead of time we will fill it out together at your first session.
Allow time to settle in and discuss your goals with the instructor before starting.
Wear breathable, loose-fitting clothes to ensure ease of movement during your session.
