About This Adventure

Embark on an unforgettable adventure starting in Kaitoke, where you'll cycle electric mountain bikes along the stunning Rimutaka incline rail trail. Experience thrilling whitewater rafting on the Te awa Kairangi/Hutt River, enjoy a catered riverside lunch, and capture memorable moments with your team throughout this exhilarating day.

#The day begins meeting in Kaitoke to then be transported over to Cross creek in Featherston, Wairarapa. You are given electric powered mountain bikes to cycle your way over the Rimutaka incline rail trail back to Kaitoke to then jump onto the river and either raft the wilderness river section of Te awa Kairangi / Hutt river gorge or the lower grade 2 section of the river. We provide a catered lunch to enjoy at the riverside, stop at the rock jumping spot and take amazing photos of you and your team throughout the tour.

  • Whitewater rafting tour (Grade 2 , 1.5 hours on river) (Grade 3, 3-4 hours) - Catered lunch
