Weekend Private Paintball Party in Pinckney, MI

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BELOW TO HELP YOU BETTER PREPARE BEFORE YOUR PARTY.

Duration

4 hours

This package includes:

1. 4-hours of play (approximately 8-games).
2. Ten (10) Tippmann® 68-Cal. FT-12 Semi-Auto w/Nitro Tank, Pack System w/belt & Anti-fog Goggles.
3. Plus! each participant will receive a $25.00 ‘Return Pass’.
4. Four (4) 500-Round Bags of Ammo/Paintballs (2000-rnds. total)
5. Reserved tables under our Covered Pavilions.

Players

This party includes 10 players, you can add more at a discounted rate on the next page! We recommend if you are uncertain to your count, book for the 10 players and you can always add more players the day of your party at the discounted rate. If you plan on having more than 15 players please give us a call at least 2 days before your party so we make sure we have enough refs ready for you.

When to arrive?

1 hour prior to event time booked.

For example if your booking shows 2:00pm that is the time you will start playing so please have your entire party together and head to check in at 1:00pm. It is advised to have your entire group meet in the parking lot at least 15 minutes before your check in to ensure you are not running behind.

It is our goal to give you the full time of play you book for, if you are late we can not extend your time and can not reschedule or refund. Please understand we have Refs booked specifically for your party and we can not extend your party time if you are running behind as we have other parties scheduled throughout the day we need to keep on time for.

Adults please have waivers signed upon arrival, you will receive an email once your party is booked, you can share that with the other party members. All minors must have a legal parent or guardian sign for them and head to rental trailer once your party arrives.

A PRIVATE PARTY PACKAGE' INCLUDES ENTRY & RENTAL EQUIPMENT FOR UP TO 10- PLAYERS

This is a pre-paid non-refundable 'Private Party Package' fee. There are no credits, exchanges, discounts, refunds, or rain checks of any kind. Do not purchase this package unless you understand and agree to these terms.

• If you have VIP membership please bring your member ID with you at the time of your booking and our team will provide a $25 discount on paint

What to wear

-Gloves (example: batting gloves, those smaller winter gloves, etc..)

• Full clothing
• Old Clothing
• Large pockets
• Boots or high-top shoes (NO OPEN TOE WILL BE ALLOWED) -Feel free to bring a change of clothes for after if needed.

Paintballs are made of fish oil and cornstarch, it will wash out.

Food

We have a concession stand on site that sells non alcoholic beverages, chips, dip n dots, candy and more.

Feel free to have a pizza ordered or bring food for the party. Please make sure to clean up after yourself.

For our 21 and older we have our TIKI Bar available on site as well from Noon to 5:00pm.

Capture the memories!

We offer a photographer! Want to capture and save the memories of this unique party?! We have an add on option for a photographer to take images of your entire party having a blast! The photographer will then edit a handful of images and send a link directly to you with all of the edited and unedited photos they took for you download and print.

We do love our pets but please keep them home!

Only Service Animals will be allowed with 'Service Animal Harness' (No Exceptions) you will also be responsible for cleaning up with bags for your animal.

Open Play vs Private Party

Open play is open to all walk ins, your party will play with whoever else shows up for the day to play, that could be 15-60 plus other people, these other folks could include other first timers to normal weekenders who have played before, it will include ages ages 8 and older. Paintball is a fun sport for all people. If it's your first time playing we do recommend choosing private party and if you have no real knowledge of paintball. Private means you play against only those in your party and we will provide refs to help you from start to finish with getting ready to handling your games.
