There is nothing quite like a wedding on the warm and comfortable 100-passenger paddlewheeler MV Native. There is a standard 3 hour charter fee for corporate, private, or wedding charters and the boat comes fully staffed. We offer full Food & Drink Packages, just ask us!. Other than that, you set the agenda for your Big Day (or night) on the Fraser River!

You choose the length of your wedding cruise and direction of travel and you can select from decoration packages, menus and a variety of other options. You can choose to have the ceremony on board with a wedding commissioner officiating or simply have the boat for your reception. Our DJ is available to provide music for ambiance or dancing and our catering staff offer a wide range of menu selections for your guests. Bar service ranges from fully host bar to any combination you like such as drink tickets for beer and wine, a cash bar (table service provided) bowls of punch (nonalcoholic or regular punch available) to coffee, tea, juice, and pop.

Our location on the Fraser River is handy to the New Westminster Skytrain Station and immediately next to the spectacular Inn at the Quay Hotel and near to other high-quality hotels such as the Met, for the convenience of your out-of town guests.

M.V Native: Our 100-passenger Paddlewheeler is an authentic replica of the paddlewheeler, or sternwheelers, that have plied the Fraser River in British Columbia since the 1830’s. Carrying everyone from pioneers, fur traders, gold rush miners, and family passengers from the communities along the Fraser River, those working boats were vital connections between B.C. communities and peoples along the Fraser River. The M.V. Native is fully certified by Transport Canada.

Booking & Cruise Details: River cruise schedules are published in advance. However, changes and substitutions may occur at the discretion of management if unfavorable conditions persist, including wind & weather, or any other reasons. Reservations are required at least 24-hours in advance. Full payment is required in advance. Please arrive for boarding at least 15 minutes before departure. All sales are final, no refunds. Gift Cards, Vouchers, coupons or credits are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
