• Price includes 10 hours on the day of and unlimited time on planning research, anything over 10 hours on the day of will be billed at an hourly rate
• Includes unlimited communication to go over all details of the wedding/reception.
• Oversee all aspects of the wedding day, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
• Help with wedding design, including selecting a color scheme, designing floral arrangements, vendor referrals and creating overall decor concepts.

• Head Table Design - our team will design the perfect head table for your bridal party.

• Two Coordinators to keep track of the wedding party and guest. (Coordinators ensure that the wedding runs smoothly and stays on schedule)
• Handling of all vendor interactions leading up to the wedding. We will distribute vendor payments, answer vendor questions etc.
• Attending to your wedding guests - we will serve as the liaison for any last minute questions that your guest may have on the wedding day.
• Set up and Breakdown of all Décor - Two TEOS Coordinators will execute your vision by setting up your personal decorations.
• Assist caterer if needed
• Gathering and loading of all wedding gifts/cards
