About This Adventure

Embark on an unforgettable 8-hour journey tracing the historic paths of Burke & Wills. Enjoy morning tea at their campsite, explore lush grapevines, and savor a riverside lunch in Menindee. Discover Kinchega National Park and its rich heritage, including a visit to a historic woolshed and a camel driver's grave.

About

We follow the footsteps of Burke & Wills and Cameron the Australian Surveyors. We visit Sunset Strip and the great fresh water lakes. We head down the Main Weirs; we have our morning tea at Burke & Wills camp site.

We travel around the grape vines and orchards, lunch at Menindee. After lunch we travel along the Darling river to Kinchega National Park and visit the Woolshed. We also visit the grave of one of Burke's camel drivers.We continue to Copi Hollow (Broken Hill's Oasis), before we head home to Broken Hill.
