About This Adventure
Join an exhilarating 6-hour adventure at Porlock Weir designed for children aged 10-14! Experience kayaking or paddleboarding, followed by an exciting archery session, orienteering, and team challenges. With a mix of skills, games, and the chance to get wet, this day promises unforgettable fun and camaraderie in a stunning setting.
Duration: 6 Hours
A fun filled activity day at Porlock Weir for unaccompanied children aged 10-14.
Your friendly instructor will deliver an action packed day of activities including Kayaking or Paddleboarding around the sheltered water of Porlock Weir, teaching some skills, along with lots of games and getting wet!
After lunch on the beach (packed lunches for parents to provide) you will have an Archery session, with practice rounds, games and competition as well as the options for Orienteering, team tasks and fire building!
Please note that the order of activities may vary on the day, as well as how many activities are included, as this will be guided by the group on the day, as to how much time will be spent on each activity!
Please bring:
- Any medication you may require
- Packed lunch, snacks and drink
- A complete change of clothes
- Trainers to get wet (no sandals, crocs or flip flops)
- Towel
- Waterproof jacket
- Warm clothing
Please arrive ready for a 10am start at the Exmoor Adventures Base.
