About This Adventure

Experience a transformative blend of yoga and photography on the stunning Vinalhaven Island. This retreat invites you to enhance your creativity and mindfulness through daily excursions, nature hikes, and immersive yoga sessions. Discover the extraordinary in the ordinary as you connect with your surroundings and deepen your unique vision.

Join this blended yoga retreat and photography workshop on a coastal Maine island to improve the quality of your images by developing mindful awareness, intuition, and creativity. You will slow down, be present in the moment, and deepen your observational skill.

We will weave together a tapestry of activities, on and off the mat, that builds and supports mindfulness, one of the threads shared by both on a yoga and photography retreat. On our photo journeys, as we explore through the lens of yoga, look beyond the obvious to find the unexpected. Go beyond the ordinary to create the extraordinary.

This is a unique combination of practicing yoga and daily photo excursions on Vinalhaven Island. We will provide space on the mat, and on our excursions, for you to connect and listen to your heart.  We will dive deeper, look longer, and tap into the essence of your unique vision.
