Our inventive sequences are accessible yet whimsical, weaving humor, alignment, and lots of heart into one. Often challenging and edge exploring, but always stemming from a place of empowerment, awareness, and respect for self. All levels and drop-ins are welcome. All classes are taught on the lanai at the Waterline Villas & Marina.
Mats, props, and towels will all be provided. Feel free to bring your own mat if you have one.
