About

In this full day camp, children will find themselves on the water for half the day trying one of our three watersports and the other half trying another! Really, the Windsurfing & Skimboarding/SUP Youth Camp is the best of all worlds, allowing the student to try all three of Windsure's sports. We try to balance the amount of time children spend doing each activity equally. However, this is also wind and tide dependent. After a day full of outdoor learning and fun, we expect children to return home ready for a chill evening and swift bedtime. Lunch supervison is provided, but please pack a lunch, snacks, water and sunscreen.

Camp will not run on observed Statutory Holidays, pricing will be pro-rated accordingly.

What to Know

  • Ages 10-15

Please note that children must weigh at least 80lbs/36kg to participate in windsurfing- this is so that they have enough body weight to pull the sail out of the water, which is essential for a positive experience!

We try our best to maximize our campers' time on the water! That being said, sometimes conditions such as storms, cold/rain, or a lack of wind can get in the way of our plans. In these cases, we try to get participants out on the water for at least one hour per morning or afternoon. We also take this time to play beach games and learn sport theory, with safety always as our top priority.
