The prices do not include renting of wetsuits (you may bring your own with you) if you prefer using one of them instead of the compulsory use of the life jacket and the fee of the whale shark marine park (USD $10 / MX $180 per person ). We guarantee there is no extra charge at all apart from that.
In case the weather does not allow us to go on the tour on that day, which happens very seldom, we will put it off until another day. If for any reason you can’t participate in the tour for the new date we will refund 100% of your payment. The special online price from any hotel in the Cancun area is USD $155 / MX $2900 per person, we ask for a 50% deposit per person in order to confirm, the rest will be paid in cash or + 5% if you prefer to pay with a credit card on the day of the tour at the marina before boarding the boat.
