About

After taking you through the Westgate Gardens and under the gentle willow trees we go beyond Hambrook Marshes and the Victorian railway bridge into the Whitehall meadows.

The river really opens up out here. If you are lucky you may see the local cormorants catch an eel, or dry themselves off high up in their tree.

On the return, we take you around Bingley island, under the fairy bridge where kingfishers are often seen.
