The facility offers public thermal pools, private 40‑minute hot pool sessions, a 20‑minute Te Manaroa Spring Eco Trail walk, and a range of powered and non‑powered campsite options. Guests can soak in six public pools, explore New Zealand’s largest boiling spring along the Te Manaroa trail, and choose private pools for up to four people. Optional add‑ons include towel hire, bottles of spring water, and Kiwiana snacks to enhance visits.
