YOGA sessions upon SUP are readily available in High Point or Winston Salem in harmony with several local certified Yoga instructors. Taking our basic PaddleFit Intro-SUP class prior to this YogaSUP session is always recommended, but not mandatory.

In addition to a FUN Yoga session, you will enjoy scenic landscape, a peek @ lake-life, and likely lotsa laughs in the process of "developing" your inner & exterior core-strength(s)! This YogaSUP will ask much more of YOU than YOU typically experience "just" on land. Bring your own equipment and receive a discounted rate. All yoga skills welcome❗️
