Instead of slamming your phone against the ground or punching a hole in the wall or flipping a table, you can come to The Smash Room and shatter, break, stomp, tear, yell, and embrace an animalistic release you can only find here - a therapy that doesn't involve reflection, a meditation that doesn't involve soul searching!
Is there a dress code?
As it is a physical activity, you should wear clothes you can move around in. However, we have no restrictions. It's also best to wear or bring your own closed shoes (sneakers, trainers, or running shoes). Otherwise, we have safety boots for rent on-site at AED 25 per pair.
What is the age limit to participate?
We accept kids aged 5 years and up who must be accompanied by a legal guardian. IMPORTANT: Little ones need to wear their own closed shoes as we do not carry small sizes of safety boots.
