The lessons are aimed at anyone who has an interest in learning this sport. Fun surf classes for everyone! All classes are dynamic, fun, and safe. Our classes are supervised by experienced instructors that are certified on first aid and rescue.
Dynamics Of The Lessons On the beach the instructor will give a basic theory based on the following points:
- Explain each part of the board and its use
- Position and balance of the body
- How to paddle over the board
- How and when to stand on the board
- How to fall and protect yourself from your board
- How to pass waves depending on their size
After that, into the water we go!!! We'll put your newly learned skills into practice!!
What to Bring
Bathing suit and a towel
