Experience the tranquility of nSUP Yoga, where you practice gentle vinyasa flow on a Stand Up Paddleboard. This unique outdoor class enhances balance and core strength, starting with a serene paddle before anchoring to connect body and breath. Perfect for all levels, it promises a refreshing reset in nature.

SUP Yoga is a yoga class on a Stand Up Paddleboard. Practicing a gentle vinyasa flow outside giving you a perfect place to ground and reset. SUP yoga helps improve your balance, core strength, and the ability to challenge yourself. 

Class begins with a short paddle, anchoring the boards and then connecting our body and our breath. The class is designed and modified for all levels.

Duration: 90 mins - includes one participant and one paddleboard rental* no exceptions

Max weight: 250lb per kayak
