This unique outdoor class enhances balance and core strength, starting with a serene paddle before anchoring to connect body and breath. Perfect for all levels, it promises a refreshing reset in nature.
Class begins with a short paddle, anchoring the boards and then connecting our body and our breath. The class is designed and modified for all levels.
