Experience a unique yoga class on the serene Canandaigua Lake, where you’ll combine breath work with paddleboarding. Each session offers a refreshing blend of strengthening poses and relaxing stretches, ensuring no two classes are alike. This all levels yoga class pairs safely aligned movement with breath work so you feel great during and after class. This is a completely different experience than yoga on your mat! No two classes will ever be the same but each will offer a mix of sweaty strengthening poses and stretching while you get lulled into relaxation by Canandaigua Lake.
NOTE: For afternoon and evening classes you must reserve your board by 10 AM to guarantee your spot.
