This all levels yoga class pairs safely aligned movement with breath work so you feel great during and after class. This is a completely different experience than yoga on your mat! No two classes will ever be the same but each will offer a mix of sweaty strengthening poses and stretching while you get lulled into relaxation by Canandaigua Lake.

NOTE: For afternoon and evening classes you must reserve your board by 10 AM to guarantee your spot.
