Requirements

• You must have a current, valid U.S. or State, or International drivers license.
• You must be at least 25 years of age
• You must demonstrate adequate riding skills.
• You agree not to allow anyone other than yourself or other authorized renters under your rental agreement to operate your rental slingshot.
• A $250 deposit is required at check-in. During check in, a $250 authorization hold will be placed on your card. Once the authorization hold is released, the authorized amount will return to your account within 3-7 business days depending on your bank account or credit provider. - OUR #1 Rule: NO burnouts or donuts will be tolerated. We take note of the tire thread counts and will bill you for a new tire if there is any signs of such action.

Insurance

You are required to purchase state mandated minimum liability insurance from our insurance provider. The cost for this is $15.00 per day. This insurance is mandatory and must be purchased on behalf of the customer prior to taking custody of the slingshot

Medical insurance is not provided and is the responsibility of the customer.
