Duration: 4 hours

Enjoy the stunning coastline of Taormina onboard our cozy sailboat surrounded by the beauty of the Mediterrean Sea

Highlights

While sailing, you will learn the basics of sailing and some legends and stories about our beloved land. During the day, you will also have the opportunity to snorkel and enjoy a rich aperitif accompanied by a glass of wine.

We will then reach the Bay of Isola Bella, maybe the most iconic spot of the Pearl of the Mediterranean. Covered by lush vegetation, this little island was classified as a natural reserve in 1990. We will stop to have the first swim of the day.

You will then observe the enchanting Grotta Azzurra with its mesmerizing light effects.

Second stop: Bay of Spisone and Mazzarò and aperitif

We will then sail towards the Bay of Mazzarò; during the sailing, you will be able to observe the beauty of the coast enclosed by two rock spurs and experience the dreamy atmosphere of the Dolce Vita and catch a glimpse of a movie-like Taormina.

We will get to the Bay of Spisone, where we will stop again for another swim; then we will offer you a tasty aperitif including a platter of cold cuts and cheese paired with pickled/in-oil vegetables and local bread, local white wine, fruit and water.

Third stop: Bay of Villagonia

With Capo Taormina behind us, we will stop by the Bay of Villagonia, where you will enjoy the gorgeous view of Mount Etna, Taormina and Castelmola. As we will get back to Giardini Naxos, you will be able to admire the Taormina-Giardini train station: with its Art Nouveau style, it is considered one of the most beautiful train stations in Italy and was indeed chosen several times as a movie set.
