• We have a free parking nearby at 158 W. Market Street Sandusky
• Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure. If you are not in line to board the ferry by 5 minutes before departure you may miss boarding, please plan ahead!
• Minors traveling aboard the Jet Express must be accompanied by an adult. Exceptions may be made when certain conditions are met, and these passengers must have Jet Express authorization.
• Pets are free as long as they are in a cage or on a leash
• Bikes/Kayaks/e-bikes can be taken $5.50 each way
• Restrooms: are at Port Clinton, Sandusky and on the boats
• Cant make the trip? Self Cancelation and re-booking from confirmation email.

What to Bring

• Smartphone with boarding info from your Confirmation email or print out.
• If you don't have a Smartphone bring your ID to the window and can print your ticket.

Cancellations

Bookings may be rebooked for any scheduled departure during the 2024 season. Tickets are only valid for the 2024 season. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if departures are cancelled by the Jet Express due to inclement weather. Any questions or concerns should be directed to 419-732-2800.
