About the Class No boating or sailing experience? This class is for you.
• Learn sailing from the basics of raising the sails to “tacking,” “jibing” and docking. • Course covers boating safety, rules of the road, sailing terminology and sailing theory. • All sailing maneuvers performed in the protected waters of Havre de Grace harbor. • Capri 22 class sailboats are stable, fast, and fun to sail. • Fee includes trial ASA membership and its benefits and discounts. • The minimum age for our ASA 101 certification is 16 (14 if accompanied by an adult)
Note: Class is limited to 4 students max. At least two people must be enrolled in this class in order for it to happen. BaySail reserves the right to cancel this class and refund or reschedule if less than the minimum number of students are enrolled.
