Whether you go for a quick paddle in our bay, in the Sooke Basin, or take off on a full-day expedition, we have a kayak rental option for you!

No experience necessary for our double kayak rentals, they are incredibly stable, and our staff will give you a briefing and some pointers before you get out onto the water.

Kayak rentals in Sooke, BC are the perfect way to experience the rugged coastline on Vancouver Island’s west coast and its renowned scenic beauty. Kayaking allows you to get up close and personal with the coastline and provides unparalleled views of the surrounding mountains, forests, and wildlife.

Sooke is located just a short drive from Victoria, BC, making it an easily accessible destination for locals and tourists alike. Kayak rentals make it easy for anyone to experience the beauty and excitement of nature in Sooke.

As our single kayaks are a lot less stable, we can only rent single kayaks to you if you have completed a kayaking wet exit course with a registered instructor. Single kayaks must also go out with another boat, either a double or another single.

NOTE: 12 yrs and under must have a Guide. Also, in order to rent a Single Kayak, you must have proof of Level I Paddle Canada Certification.
