  • Prepare for a thrilling zip-line adventure through the lush canopy of El Yunque Rainforest’s foothills.
  • In this beautiful park, you will enjoy nature trails and breathtaking aerial views of the surrounding trees, plants and rivers, while being guided by a fun and amazing staff.
  • The tour includes riding 11 carbon fiber zip-lines and two free-fall rappels, making this an exciting and completely safe experience.
  • Afterwards, you will have the chance to cool down in a serene natural fresh water pool with a rope swing and later swim at the calm and popular Luquillo Beach.
  • This will be a great adventure for families and even first timers.
  • In this activity, you will zipline underneath the forest canopy for a more relax experience, perfect for all ages. If you rather seek more adrenaline and a more extreme experience, there are other great options in different parks available.

Please note: All passengers but be under 275 pounds to ride the zip-line.

What to Expect/Itinerary

  • Start with a one-hour morning drive heading to the Northeast coast of PR.
  • Arrive to the Rainforest Canopy Zipline Park for tour check-in and to be provided and prepared with safety gear. The tour starts with a 10-minute nature walk through easy paths and a safety briefing before proceeding to the 11 carbon fiber ziplines and two free-fall rappels of around 45 feet high. The tour might take between two and two and a half hours, depending on the group size. If an accompanying family member wants to join the day tour, but not the zipline activity the price for that person is $60 and you should call directly the company for that person’s booking.
  • After your exciting canopy zipline experience, you will have time to enjoy a beautiful freshwater natural pool located at the park. Here you will swim, float and even jump from a rope swing or just sit and relax refreshing your feet on the river bank. All this surrounded by green lush areas and after first doing a guided short hike to admire the natural surroundings and the local plants and trees.
  • After your swimming time, will head to a nearby restaurant for an authentic lunch.
  • Finally you will have the chance to relax later for an hour at the stunning popular Luquillo beach with few waves and calm waters before heading back to your hotel.

  • Departure/Return Location – at lodging or hotel in Metro Area; Old San Juan, Condado, Isla Verde. (additional transfer fees might apply if pick-up place is outside these areas)

  • It is warm and humid on the rainforest. Shorts, leggings, t-shirts, or comfortable clothing, and closed-toed shoes are highly recommended.
  • Beachwear like flip flops and water shoes for the river.
  • Sunscreen, insect repellent, sunglasses and hats for the beach.
  • No hats are allowed under the helmet, so a bandana or any other type of hair wrap is recommended to protect your head from humidity and sweat.
  • Cash or credit card to buy food or if you wish to offer a gratuity

Additional Information

  • Maximum weight allowed on the zipline tour is 275 pounds.
  • Children must be seven years or older to participate and accompanied by an adult.
  • If you are an adrenaline junkie, then the Toro Verde Park Zipline is recommended.
  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
  • Not wheelchair accessible.
  • Will be operated by a multi-lingual guide (Spanish and English). Tour might be offered bilingual in case needed.
  • Additional transfer fee from towns outside of San Juan/Metro area will apply (each way).
  • Participants should have a medium physical fitness level and must be capable of walking thru uneven surfaces without assistance.
  • We strongly recommend having good breakfast before pick-up at hotel. We will have lunch four to five hours after pick-up. If you have any special dietary restriction, please notify at time of booking and bring your snacks
  • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints, back problems, recent injuries or other serious medical conditions.
  • Not recommended for woman past their first trimester or persons with mobility limitations.
  • If you have a service animal you have to notify it prior to booking the experience, since other participants in the tour might have asthma or allergies to pets danders.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
