Snug Harbor Tours go to the most remote locations to tour the great marshlands of Chincoteague & Assateague. We go around the island to find the world-famous Chincoteague ponies and the biggest selection of native birds on the east coast. We also take you to the places where you may get a chance to spot dolphins. Our Captain is a local expert with a lot of expierience and tons of knowledge. He will give you the best tour you can get. We have 6 daily boat tours that take off from Chincoteague Island and all boat tours last 1-1.5 hrs long. We have one of the fastest tour boats in Chincoteague so it doesn't take long to see all the grand scenes around the islands.

Captain John will take you to remote areas of the National refuge for pony watching or bird watching. We will get you up close and personal with the wild Chincoteague ponies and all the wildlife Assateague Island has to offer.
We welcome well behaved pets at additional fee of $29+tax per dog ( with an advanced notice). We also offer private tours, exclusively for your group at additional $20+tax per person (only with an advanced notice). All bookings are final and non-refundable.
