The Point Nepean Dolphin Sanctuary sea kayak tour starts off the beach at Sorrento. The tour then travels towards Portsea then on towards Point Nepean National Park. This tour provides the experience of seeing dolphins up close. This tour is a real adventure with crystal clear water, sandy beaches, mansions along the foreshore, yachts in the water; what more could you want to experience? Visit the former quarantine station at lunch time, go for a swim or just look out over the “Heads” and Queenscliff and relax.
Departure: Sorrento Foreshore (west side of Sorrento Yacht Club)
Departure and Return time: Please arrive at 9:00am. On water 9:30am - 1:30pm.
What to wear & bring: It’s summer in Victoria! Be sun smart but also prepare in case of rain / cool weather. Please wear / bring:
Runners that can get wet / water shoes
Quick drying board shorts (thermal leggings if you wish)
Thermal / fleece top
Light rain jacket
Cap or hat with brim
Water bottle & sunscreen (apply before you get here)
A change of clothes to go home in afterwards (leave in your car or with us)
