High expectations are held for groups who consume alcohol while underway. Excessive and obvious intoxication that is disrespectful of the water and others that use it will not be tolerated."

If you are looking specifically to "party" and your event is centered around the consumption of alcohol there are other boats on the chain of lakes that cater to that as alternative options.
