About This Adventure

Join Pinkston Watersports' inaugural kayaking club, where young people in Glasgow can learn paddlesports in a fun and supportive setting. With themed sessions each month and access to an artificial white-water course, participants will develop essential skills while making new friends and enjoying the thrill of kayaking.

Welcome to Pinkston Watersports’ first ever kayaking club!

We aim to make paddlesports more accessible for young people across Glasgow. Do you want to be a kayaker?

With sessions running once a week until October, we want you to come and learn to kayak in a fun, safe and progressive environment.

Each month will have a theme that we focus on; whether that is kayak polo, learning to roll, water confidence, personal paddling skills or how to help other people on the water. As we have our very own artificial white-water course, the opportunity to progress on to white water paddling may also be an option throughout the summer if participants are excited and keen. Throughout the summer, we would like to support our young people in a nurturing environment and create well rounded paddlers.

This club is 'serious' about having fun whilst learning to kayak. Come along, meet new people and learn a new sport with our fun and experienced staff.

We do deliver taster sessions in other activities if you are not sure this is a good fit. Please don't hesitate to get in contact if you would like more information.
