A fun session to get out and enjoy the river while practicing your paddleboarding skills and exercising all at the same time. Sit-ups, press-ups, and planks on a paddleboard are great ways to test and improve balance, core strength and endurance all while having fun on the water with a great bunch of people. Session includes a stretch session either on the water or bankside by the river.
Sessions suitable for paddlers who've completed our two hour SUP session or the equivalent if you opt for private/group bookings (must be a reasonably competent paddler and swimmer)
