What you'll do

Are you going to travel to Porto, Viana do Castelo, Aveiro, Matosinhos or Douro Valley and want to continue your training?

In this swimming session we will take you to swim in the beaches of northern Portugal.

Close to the historic centre of Oporto and the River Douro on the Gaia side, where the Port Wine lodges are located, are classified as World Heritage. Enjoy a nice swim if you're passing through the north of the country.

Your itinerary

A Beautiful Swim in Oporto We'll meet at Praia de Matosinhos, where we'll start our swim session.

Then we will swim along the beach, in a course of rare scenic beauty.

According to your swimming level we can adapt the swimming distance.

We will finish the training session on the beach to take a fresh water bath, from where you can make the transition to the cycling or running segment.
