About This Adventure

Embark on an exhilarating adventure down the Two Canyons section of the Stjørdal river, where faster flows and thrilling waves await. Guided by a safety paddler, you'll enjoy the independence of stand-up paddleboarding. Conclude your journey with a relaxing BBQ or cider tasting at Sidergården, making for an unforgettable experience.

Looking for more adventure? - The Two canyons section of the river is narrow, with faster flow and more waves.

On this guided version of the trip you will be escorted by a safety paddler who can provide some basic coaching and will recommend the best lines through the rapids.

We provide:

  • SUP, & Paddle
  • Wetsuits & Boots
  • PFD & Helmet.

What to bring:

Under your wetsuit you just need a bathing suit or sports underwear. Pack your towel and dry clothes in a small bag, this End-Of-Trip kit will be waiting for you at the bottom of the river. Don't forget water, sunscreen and snacks.

Duration:

The trip includes about an hour of preparation where you get into you safety equipment and travel up to the starting point. Down river time typically range from 2.5 - 3.5 hrs depending on river flows and how fast you paddle.
