Explore an evening on our rivers as we paddle off into the sunset and take in the sights and sounds of our city. Our Sunset Paddles & Tours are safe, fun and casual - making it the perfect evening on our rivers with friends and family. They make the perfect date night too!
Our Sunset Paddles take place most Tuesday & Thursday evenings throughout summer beginning at 6pm. We'll return back to our dock around 8pm.
Sunset Paddles: Our Sunset Paddles are easy-going and fun social paddles where explore our rivers together. We'll decide as a group where we want to paddle before we launch. See schedule below.
Sunset Tours: Our Sunset Tours are easy-going, educational and fun where we partner with some of our most favorite river friends including Milwaukee Riverkeeper, Milwaukee County Historical Society and Menomonee River Valley Partners. See schedule below.

Our tours include kayak, life jacket, paddle, brief paddle lesson, head lamps and instruction.
Paddlers are required to wear life jackets on all of our guided tours. Families with children may attend as long as there is a parent and/or guardian with as a chaperone. Paddlers under the age of 12 need to share a tandem kayak with someone age 18 or older. Please call with questions, thank you.
Space is limited, pre-registration is required. We will paddle upriver as far as time allows before turning around, paddling to the harbor and then back to our dock.
• You! • Water bottle filled with water • Sunscreen • Small coolers okay • Dress for the weather – consider bringing a windbreaker (do not wear jeans or heavy cotton) • Camera • ID • Towel to sit on (optional) • Paddle or biking gloves (optional)

• Lightweight clothing (do not wear jeans or heavy cotton) • Sandals, flips or shoes with a thin sole • Rain jacket/windbreaker • Sunglasses and/or hat
• We will check you in. • We will outfit you with the proper kayak, life jacket and paddle. • We will provide introductions, review information and rules of the river. • Life jackets must be worn at all times when you are near or on the river.
• All participants must be 12+ to paddle their own kayaks • All participants must know how to swim (unless child is with a parent/guardian) • All participants under the age of 12 can share a tandem kayak or canoe with someone age 18 or older
If this tour needs to be canceled due to weather or river conditions, we will notify you by phone and/or email and you can rebook for a different date or receive a full refund, whatever works best for you.
