About This Adventure

An outdoor yoga session on the docks followed by a mini paddle? We're in!

This summer, join us here at our main location for an outdoor yoga class followed by a mini paddle to the inner harbor/Hoan Bridge and back.

Cathy with Outdoor Yoga MKE will guide our yoga practice, perfect for beginners and seasoned yogi's. After class, we will outfit you with a paddleboard or kayak. Enjoy a guided paddle to the harbor, around the train bridge and back. Kayak or paddleboard, paddle, life jacket and instructions are included.

WHAT TO BRING:

• You! • Water bottle filled with water • Sunscreen • Small coolers okay • Dress for the weather – do not wear jeans or heavy cotton

WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE:

• Paddleboard • Life jacket • Paddle • Dry-bag (we have cubbies here too) • Water, snacks and sunscreen are always on-hand • Paddle lesson and instruction • Safe and fun atmosphere

WHAT TO WEAR:

• Lightweight clothing (do not wear jeans or heavy cotton) • Sandals, flips or shoes with a thin sole • Sunglasses and/or hat

UPON ARRIVAL:

• We will check you in. • We will outfit you with a paddleboard, life jacket and paddle. • We will provide introductions, review information and rules of the river. • Life jackets must be worn at all times when you are near or on the river.

PARTICIPANTS:

• All participants must be 12+ to paddle their own kayak or paddleboard • All participants must know how to swim

CANCELATION INFO:

If this event needs to be canceled due to weather or river conditions, we will notify you by phone and/or email and you can rebook for a different date or receive a full refund, whatever works best for you.

Adventure Tips

Arrive Early to Set Up

Get to the dock 15 minutes before start time to secure a good spot and set up your yoga mat comfortably.

Bring a Water Bottle

Stay hydrated before and after yoga and paddling, especially on sunny days.

Wear Sun Protection

The dock and water reflect sunlight, so apply sunscreen and consider a hat and sunglasses.

Choose Comfortable, Water-Friendly Clothing
