3 hours Please notice the expected time to start and finish might change in order to adapt to the surf forecast and tide time. Please note that usually you would leave Martinhal at 9am and would get back at 2pm.

It's a typical surf lesson where you can expect:

• Group warm-up to get the body ready for action
• Surf and Safety briefing adapted to your previous surf experience
• Sand practice with useful exercises to improve your technics
• Surf action with goals, tips, and corrections

Included: All the required surf gear, local and certified surf coaches, insurance and transportation.

What to Bring

Water, swimsuit or extra underwear (to use under the wetsuit), sunblock, a good night's rest.

Disclaimer There's a minimum requirement of two people for the group lesson to take place. So you can guarantee your reservation you need to book two people, as soon as we have more reservations the extra person will be refunded to you.
