Experience an unforgettable evening aboard the Clipper City as you watch the sun set behind the Statue of Liberty, accompanied by live jazz. Sail through NYC Harbor, passing iconic landmarks while enjoying cocktails and the soothing rhythms of music. This immersive journey combines breathtaking views with enchanting melodies for a truly memorable night.

Sunset Jazz Sails will be opened up on a rolling basis 2 weeks prior to the designated date. Please select your desired date and place a waitlist booking with your credit card details to hold your space. Once the desired sail is opened up we will convert your waitlist booking to a confirmed booking.

Order a drink from our full bar, feel the gentle sway of the Clipper City, and let the music transport you as we raise canvas and leave Manhattan behind. Our sail takes you through the heart of the NYC Harbor, closely passing iconic landmarks like The Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Governors Island, and offering breathtaking views of the NJ and NY skyline and bridges.

Full bar and snacks available, complemented by the enchanting notes of jazz. This isn't just a sail; it's an immersive musical journey amidst the city's most iconic sights.

FAQs

What do I wear? The temperature can be cooler out on the water so dress accordingly - best to be prepared! Hats and sunscreen are recommended on summer days.

Should I tip the crew? Yes! It is customary to tip the crew & bartender if you enjoyed your experience.

Will it rain? Occasionally. Sailing is an all-weather activity; & we do sail in light rain or intermittent sprinkles, however, the Captain will cancel due to severe or unsafe conditions. MBS will do it’s best to notify you promptly, but last-minute cancelations do happen. If the Captain must cancel a sail, customers will be offered alternate departures, subject to availability, or receive a sailing credit for the current or following season.
