*Please come and enjoy a 75 min yoga flow that will help you connect breath to body.
*Session will include a guided meditation.
*We will create the sacred energy of mana together and it will aid in unifying our body, mind and heart.
*If you have a yoga block (or two) and a strap or belt or scarf please bring to the session as well.
*Monday's session is a food drive event which supports a local foodbank. Non-perishable items will be collected and donated.
*This event is in partnership with an amazing local non-profit Travel2change.org. Please check them out.
*Wednesday's session is a more challenging but integrative flow.

Come and share in a consciously-guided 75 min yoga session suitable for all levels.
Inspired and taught from the teachings of Tirumalai Krishnamacharya and B.K.S Iyengar.
Class will integrate the principles of the 8 limbs of yoga and work towards developing your understanding of the "mana" or energy within.
During the practice, we will work towards creating a deeper connection with the body, mind and spirit.
Conscious and mindful adjustments are offered during the class.
