Experience the beauty of Loch Lomond at your own pace with a rowing boat for up to four people. Enjoy a safety briefing and life jackets provided for your comfort. Bring your dog along for the adventure, making unforgettable memories on the water from April to October.

Rowing Boat Hire is available at our Loch Lomond Shores [Balloch].
Minimum booking is 30 mins and suitable for group up to 4 person.
A buoyancy aid will be supplied for each participant and must be worn.
SUMMER SEASON: Boat Hire is available from April to October from 10:00 to 18:00 [subject to availability].
Q. When do I need to arrive for my boat hire booking? A. Please arrive 30 minutes early. This allows time for a safety briefing and demonstration on how to use the equipment. Late arrival could result in the loss of some or all of your allocated time-slot.
Q. I have never done this activity before. Will there be someone there to show me what to do? A. Yes. One of our trained staff will be on hand to give you a safety briefing and demonstration on how to use the equipment.
Q. Do I have to wear a life jacket? A. Yes. Life jackets must be worn at all times; they are provided for your comfort and safety.
Q. Can I bring my dog? A. Yes. Dogs are welcome to join their owners on the rowing boat, fishing boat and pedal boat.
Q. What are the age restrictions? A. The minimum age is 3 years. All children under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult.
Always wear the provided life jacket for safety, especially if you're new to rowing.
