Our Self-Drive Motorboats all have central console with steering wheel for easy exploration.
All participants will receive a safety induction and some basic training, but once you set off from Loch Lomond Shores you will be completely independent and enjoy the freedom to explore Loch Lomond at your own pace.
A security deposit is required: £300 for day hire £450 for overnight or long term

Motorboat Hire is available throughout the Winter Season (November - March) between 10:00 - 16:00. Weekday hire is available from Luss only. Weekend hire is available from both sites.

Q. When do I need to arrive for my boat hire booking? A. Please arrive 30 minutes early. This allows time for a safety briefing and demonstration on how to use the equipment. Late arrival could result in the loss of some or all of your allocated time-slot.

Q. Do I have to wear a life jacket? A. Yes. Life jackets must be worn at all times; they are provided for your comfort and safety.
