Taking the quieter side along and above Loch Ness, our first stop is for the wonderful waterfalls at Foyers, after a short stop we head towards Fort Augustus experiencing wonderful views of lochs Mhor, Knockie and finally viewing were the Loch Ness flows into the Caledonian Canal.
There is the opportunity to stop at the Commando Memorial at Spean Bridge before heading on towards Glenfinnan for the Viaduct and the Monument. We can add flexibility after Glenfinnan depending on the weather.
We can head further north taking in Arisaig and the wonderful beach at Morar Sands as seen in the film Local Hero. If the weather isn’t suitable then we can head towards the spectacular GlenCoe which looks wonderful in all weathers but especially after a bit of rain.
