Tourbeschreibung
Die Kurztour für Naturliebhaber beginnt um 11:00 Uhr in Weimar-Roth an der Lahnbrücke. Die Lahn ist auf diesen 8 km noch schmal und teilweise sehr zügig, ins Wasser ragende Bäume und Stromschnellchen bewirken zusammen mit dichter Ufervegetation einen Eindruck von ursprünglichem Abenteuer abseits von Zivilisation. Vorbei an Bellnhausen und dem düsteren Gemäuer von Schloss Friedelhausen geht es durch das Europäische Vogelschutzgebiet bis nach Odenhausen. Der Rücktransfer nach Roth erfolgt nach Absprache und richtet sich nach der Einstiegszeit. Zum Schutz der Vögel im Europäischen Vogelschutzgebiet kann der Streckenabschnitt nur in der Zeit vom 01. Mai bis zum 20. September befahren werden.
